I have practiced in the West Metro Area since 1996 and live in Orono. I am a fierce advocate for individual patient medical care and reject the current trend toward "cookbook" medicine being practiced in the large medical clinics. Medical care as practiced in my clinic is focused on and always will be focused on the patient first and foremost.
As a direct care practice, we do not bill health insurance carriers, but do present you with a receipt containing all of the necessary items and practice and physician ID numbers that will allow you to submit for reimbursement or credit toward your deductible amount.
INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
Insurance:
We will direct bill accident and workers' compensation insurance companies.
We do not bill health insurance carriers but you will receive an itemized receipt at the end of the visit with the appropriate codes that will allow you to submit for insurance reimbursement or for credit toward your deductible.
Additional Fees:
There is an additional $20 dollar fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including:
